Engagement Emocional: Las neuronas espejo

  1. Is there a way to measure how emotional intelligent you are? I guess those with low levels of emotional intelligence also lack the ability to recognise its importance and existence! Hence, we find ourselves with a bunch people with high levels of Emotional Intelligence and some others who might never even gain anything from Mr Goleman's exceptional studies...

  2. There are a few tests that help get an emotional quotient. For instance, David Ryback on his book Putting emotional intelligence to work, presents the EQ Ryback Test, this is a very accurate and easy tool for a general view of the emotional subject.

From my perspective it is important to be aware of how you are relating with others and how significant those relationships really are. In organizational context it is important to acknowledge what Charmine E. J. Hartel has called the emotional health of the organization, which can be pretty easy if we pay close attention to informal transactions filled with emotional content... every Communication is emotionally charged... I wrote an article on that subject, you can find it here!

    Keep te conversation!
